Hi Ben,>That's terrible all of the planning didn't work out. I'm

Do you know if and/or when they plan to fly the replica Wright Flyer since it was not successful on the 17th?

Sorry I missed the Rally on Sunday. I had a relapse of the flu on the day of the Rally and did not do any flying. By Wednesday the 17th I was feeling better and managed to at least fling a Spitfire around the sky for a while on the 100th Anniversary of Powered Flight.
How did the Rally go and who managed to set the Distance record in the Wright Flyer? Would love to hear more about how it went.
My Spitfire Home airport is changing, not because PL965 is going anywhere, but because Burbank Airport was renamed Bob Hope Airport on Dec 17th. I am going to write to the Airport Authority and ask them if they are going to change the Airport code from KBUR to KBOB. Looked up KBOB in FS2004 and it looks like it is not yet spoken for.
Best regards,
Melo
