RobertVA Certificates/Ratings/Crew Stations: 4. "RE: Rally 17 notes" 12-17-03, 21:00z  Anouther attempt was aborted at about 2050 z. Althogh the engine was started, a last minute wind check indicated winds were only three Knots out of the SW. Aparently no further attempts are planned today.
