From time to time on this side of the pond we get to hear that your homeland security has changed the alert condition to another kind of "color" because of possible attacks, especially on public holidays like July 4th. Perhaps not this time. Is it true they've started to take fingerprints from everyone visiting from outside like they do with inmates?
