NO, NO, NO, NO!
Just because that bunch of clowns at Microsoft who wrote the Windows clock/calendar say that we use something called GMT Daylight Time in summer, doesn't make it true.
In the winter we use GMT, which is the true solar time on the meridian which passes through Greenwich - this is Zulu.
In summer, we wind the clocks forward by one hour to use British Summer Time, so BST= Zulu +1
Sighs all round, but I just had to rise to the bait you dangled! <G>
