Ah, *if* Fly!2 is a DirectPlay application (DX 5 or higher), you'll need to install it on your system (as opposed to copying the directories) for the proper DX registry entries to be made (which the launcher looks for). That won't really help much. The missing key to this puzzle are the DX registry entries since we use a DX launcher system. If there isn't any peer to peer connection feature in Fly!2, then we're at a dead end. Developing a Fly!2 server (non-DX to boot!) would be a huge undertaking.
