Right click on Internet Explorer, select properties, under Temporary Internet files, select settings: View Objects... Look for ACARSX Control. You can right click on it to select Update or Remove. The latter will delete the control and the system will download a fresh version the next time you connect. > I have run the VPC Config utility. You might try it again if you've updated Internet Explorer. It seems some updates reset our configuration changes. Please let us know how you make out. If it doesn't work, you might check for some sort of virus scan utility on you system that's blocking ActiveX controls.
