James - For technical reasons, the right click cut/copy/paste menu will no longer be available in the main window. You have two options - in the main window you can highlight the selection and CTL-C to save and CTL-V to paste or probably the most efficient way to go is to use the quote message function in the reply box to quote the entire message. You can then highlight the parts you DON'T want and either right click and deal with them or just press delete. This leaves you with the parts you want quoted already with the '>>' added.
