Hi all
am I missing something or do I not see any support or FAQ or other MS link on their FS page. I just got my program so I thought they would offer a limited time support or at least give an email address or FS support page. I haven't tried the KB yet.

Anyway, I have a repeatable crash.

I have a turtle beach sound card which I think may be some or all of the problem.

The Learjet will crash the program. It can be stopped by turning DX8.1 sound acceleration off and turning the FS sound quality to low or off (both of which helps FPS anyway)

Anyone point me in right direction here, or have a email addresss for FS support?

Hi Rocky:

All of your support options are listed on page 28 of your Before You Fly manual that came in FS2K2.
