I haven't been able to log onto WebMail here yet. I put in my regular username and password but get rejected. Do I need to set the account up first?

Additionally, on my Profile Update page the top option is to disable email with the options On and Off. Neither box is checked but I'm a little confused by the terminology here. Is that On to enable 'Disable email' or vice versa. Some problems here with double negatives :-)
