Hi all,

I have downloaded FSNav recently and have transfered the shareware fee, 35 Euro. I have sent an e-mail to remind that they got the money but until today I have not received a registration confirmation and code!

As most Germans I transfered the money per order (to Miguel Blaufuks) rather than giving credit card information.

I wonder what happens here. What is your experience?

Hi Detlef,

I bought by credit card and received my registration number in a day or so. I know Helge doesn't work on Sundays but I would imagine he will do everything possible to get you your reg no before Christmas.

It may be that with non-credit card transactions a little longer is required before the payment is guaranteed which may lead to a small delay in you receiving your reg no.

I hope you don't have to wait too long!

yes, I guess you are right. It's about two weeks now, that's why I am getting a little nervous
