"Another New VPC Crew benefit"

Attention VPC Crew:

We've created a new subdomain to simplify access to the VPC WebMail Center. Rather than having to go through the main VPC portal just to access your email, you can now access the VPC WebMail Center directly through a unique web address.

To access the VPC WebMail Center directly, simply remember the URL:

www.webmail.flightadventures.com

Web mail access is an indispensable feature for sending and receiving email when you're away from your own computer(s).
If you haven't checked it out yet, VPC WebMail features separate folders to store and organize messages, an address book, and a spell checker.

VPC WebMail is another of the many VPC Crew Membership benefits available only to VPC Crew. Thanks for your support!

Ben

Hi Ben,
This place looks promising and I like it. However, I am a little shy about using e-mail. Since I quite often travel to distant places, an e-mail facility accessible world wide (like CS, which I intend to give up) would be convenient. Is your idea that we use the VPC mail facility only for messages related to aviation or is it OK as well for "private" mail (how is the family type of thing...)?Thanks for explaining the net-etiquette. Happy landings.

Greetings Sancho:

>This place looks promising and I like it.

Thanks, Sancho! That bar next to your name graphically illustrates how you feel about the VPC.

You should read our Terms of Use (there's a link at the bottom of the page here) because it covers many things. However, to generally answer your question, you can use your email account for anything you like except for illegal activities, spamming, chain letters, porno, etc.. I'd venture to guess that our Terms are nearly identical to CiS's, so what was OK there, would be most certainly OK here.

Thanks again!
Ben

Hi Ben,
thank you for your clear answer. Sounds great. Don't worry about porno. When I came to the UK in 1958 and they asked me if I had any pornographic records, I told them that I don't even have a pornograph. That's still true. <g>
Happy landings
