Hi Mike,

Thanks much for 'Video's' e-mail address, we have collaborated and are catching up on news over the years. I may not have gotten in touch with him if not for you and you took the time to research his e-mail address for me.

I get my new PC next week, I bought it for no other reason that to use FS2K2 with.

Below is a section that I think you will find as 'very interesting reading'....

Hi Trev,

>>Thanks much for 'Video's' e-mail address<<

My pleasure! I'm glad you guys were able to get in touch again. I *do* hope you told him about are new hide-away here!? <G>

Sure! I'm sure that's what you told your wife! <g> The truth is that if a rig runs FS2000 acceptably, it should run FS2002 the same or *better*. In actuality, my PIII-700 with a Viper 770 (32 meg) runs FS2002 the same (if not better) than my P-IV 1.4 with a Geforce 2 (64 meg). I don't know why, and neither does MS (yet) but I'm working on it.

Take care.

Greenie

Hi Mike,

Well, my old PC is a PII 400, not good for FS2K2, hence the need for a new PC.

I actually didnt mention to Video about this place, I figured he knew already, since he does not, I'll mention it to him in next e-mail pass.

Hi Trev,

Good to see a scouser in here <G> although it's probably a while since you been there unless you've been home since the Orlando Microwings Conv <BG>. You thinking of doing a DC3 package for FS2002?? Hope so.

James.

Hi James,

Was home just this lst summer. No plans for a Dc-3 add-on. Visser/Rambow etc.. have GREAT plans for an upgraded DC-3 for FS2K2. I have seen screenshots of the Virtual Cockpit.. awesome!!!

Yo Trev,

Thought I'd heard a roumor that you where over here <g>. Was visiting the Rambow site day before yesterday. They aren't giving it away as an upgrade to existing customers but as a new purchase. I'll be one of the first in line for it <G>.

Regards

James.
