I got wings??? Naw. Wings is reserved for those folks holding a valid pilots license.

Maybe Ben will give you a set with a wreath around them or somesuch to designate your previous blessedness cut short by medical misfoutune. I'll bet you aren't the only old pilot no longer blessed by the FAA that will be showing up here. Whyn't you bring it up to Ben and see if some appropriate recognition couldn't be worked out?

The answers to most questions about the VPC can be found in the FAQ's. To answer your question specifically, wings are awarded to active pilots and FlightAdventures-certified Virtual Pilots.
