Live near an airport where pilot training is offered?

Still in school?

Healthy & Physically fit?

Demonstrating an interest in meeting responsibility including, but certainly not limited to, high academic standards?

Some of the real pilots can tell you more than I. You WILL have to spend a lot of time and have a lot of determination. Airlines are serious about the motivation and skills of their flight and maintenance crews. and choose personnel carefully. You will have to work your way up the ranks of the flying community one rung at a time.
