Demonstrating an interest in meeting responsibility including, but certainly not limited to, high academic standards? Some of the real pilots can tell you more than I. You WILL have to spend a lot of time and have a lot of determination. Airlines are serious about the motivation and skills of their flight and maintenance crews. and choose personnel carefully.
