RobertVA Certificates/Ratings/Crew Stations: 1. "RE: Ideas for May 9 0200z Multiplay..." 05-05-04, 06:41z  Ben suggested Palm Springs CA to Santa Monica CA. I was thinking that could be accomplished with departure from Desert Resorts Regl. to Santa Monica Muni. Via Homeland VFR, and the LAX mini route (see earlier Santa Catalina to San Luis Obispo plan). Distance would be 121 miles not including Santa Monica traffic pattern. I still have to use the poster from Ben's book to reasearh what altitude will be required for the legs leading to the mini route. Or we could fly to the north of LAX avoiding the mini route, I'll look at the poster to see how far we would have to go to avoid all the transports approahing or departing LAX.
