Do you wish to delete them?" If you did, did you say yes? I've always been suspect of that alert, but admittedly, generally hit yes. I'm guessing that if that's the case, those shared files were still needed. If so, then reinstall those apps you deleted, then uninstall them again choosing "no" at the prompt. Like I said, I'm just guessing here.
