BDEchols Certificates/Ratings/Crew Stations: 2. "RE: Pop Ups" 07-08-01, 20:35z  I find no reason to move this to a private forum. When I go to VPC and choose to enter the site, I am force fed a pop-up called Notams. A well designed home page should have no need of such mechanisms. I kind of feel like the goose that is fed by a funnel to produce Foie Gras. Most professional web sites find no need for such forced content. I think I am capable of choosing which portions of your site I choose to read without it being forced down my throat. Not to say all pop-ups are bad, but 99% of them produce uninvited advertisements. Extensive use of them takes away my right to choose, even if they are used in pure innocence and of an informative nature.
