The ACARS and VPC Chat servers are currently undergoing upgrades in preparation for the Open House (we're boosting the max number of concurrent users to 1500). We expect to have these servers back online in a day or so. You'll be free to use/test our VPC Chat client anytime after that. Please continue to check NOTAMs for updates. Thanks!
