MikeE Certificates/Ratings/Crew Stations: "MS BGLs" 08-01-02, 03:41z  I am working with Kansas City, MO downtown scenery and have a problem. The MS city database file for KC badly misplaces Kemper Arena where Bartle Hall should be. Both are distinctive buildings. I don't want to just delete the errant BGL file because it also displays the Royals and Chiefs stadiums to the east. Is there a utility that one can selectively modify such BGL files? Thanks.
