Hello Extra

As good as some of these Flight Sims are, they cannot exactly duplicate the "real" thing....However, in an attempt to answer your question, rolling turns are very hard to do well. They take a lot of practice, harmony and rhythym and precise control inputs. All of these things you might be doing wrong listed above are probably correct. Think rudder and lead the maneuver with rudder. It will help you "slide" around the turn.
