>I can't do it. Just thick - that's me

>>thusly< (I tried to highlight that and give it the Ctrl+C order) I lived in your great country for 4 years in the 80s and was ever amazed by your ability to re-invent our (English) language. 'Thusly' is a new one for the book
What seems to be the problem? The highlighting? There are two ways of doing that - 1)with the mouse, click and drag until the entire text you wish to highlight is - highlighted or 2)move the cursor to a point in the beginning or the end of the text you wish to highlight and hold down the Shift key whild moving the cursor over the text with the arrow key (either forward or backward)
Once this is done, just hold down the control key and press the "C" key. You won't get any indication that anything has happened. Now move your cursor to the point you wish to insert the quote and hold down the Control key and press the "V" key. The text you highlighted should appear in the spot you selected.
>>'Thusly' is a new one for the book <<
