"Mid flight course alteration."

In the nav. systems in FS2K is there any way to find the new course when flying A to B and have to divert to C unexpectedly. (Short of using the "Direct to" Emergency GPS system) ie using present Lat. and Long. to plot new course to C. (Would hate to have to drag out the old sextant and Nav. tables)!!!! :) Thx in advance.

Greetings Andy:

If by "nav. systems" you're talking about the GPS, then no. FS2K doesn't model a real GPS completely. With a real GPS you can alter waypoints while you're enroute. In FS2K, you either have to follow the loaded flight plan or throw out the whole thing and use Direct.

Hope this helps!
Ben
