Hi Aviatrix,
I am doing something very similar, though I have been flying for about 7 years, 5 as a CFI, I had the same concerns you did. My school has started a similar course and I was chosen to be the instructor as well. My Aerobatics instructors and "mentors" have given me a lot of advice on how to handle the daily stress but most of it in retrospect common sense. Eat healthy meals, drink plenty of Water or gatorade (especially for us Florida folk), and rest when you need to. I am doing about 3-5 flights a day at around 1 hour each. I also try to mix my schedule up a little so I am not doing 4 flights in a row of spins or heavy aerobatics. I can't imagine doing anything else, and even as the temps warm I look forward to every day. I would say as far as flight instructing jobs go we got the dream job!!!! I would love to talk more, if you would like you can contact me at my email ldmaxsupply@hotmail.com
Thanks and good luck...
LD
