LAST EDITED ON 03-28-07 AT 00:01z ()Hi All,
I'm a fairly new flight instructor and I have been chosen by my flight school to become their new upset recovery/aerobatics instructor. I've done aerobatics in the past for fun and love every minute of it, and I'm looking forward to formal training and the opportunity to teach aerobatics to others. My question is how can I prepare myself to withstand the daily spin rides and all the G's I will be dealing with? I know physical conditioning is a must, I was just wondering if anyone had an suggestions. I'll be fairly busy, a few aerobatics flights a day combined with regular single and multi-engine training in between, all in the Florida heat. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
