Emile Certificates/Ratings/Crew Stations: "VPC Offline Reader " 04-07-02, 05:57z  Good morning, Please assist. Installation yesterday without problems , connection OK, I did send 2 New. But it's not clear what I have to do now to get/receive the new threads. I did start the application by "clicking" on the VPCOLR.exe but I am not convince this did access the network and the server. Why do I say this? Because I have been to the "traditional" VPC site via Internet and did see an answer from Madape to one of my messages and I did not see this answer in the off line application. What should I do?
