But so far so good here in St. Augustine and I've talked to friends in Southern Florida and damage has been minimal so far. We'll have to see what it does if it turns around and comes back over to the east coast. You're right, Pensacola is a mess. Pensacaola Navy Base is almost gone, all of the hangars are Whiting Navy Base are destroyed and lots of people lost their homes. The Museum isn't in bad shape so thankfully it was spared. We are getting some pretty good gusts here now. I'll go out and drive around a little later (in the Land Rover, of course!), and see what's going on at the beach.
