There's no way for the system to recognize you again unless you accept the cookie ("remain logged on when you return later"). This will eliminate the not logged on window -- at least for 24 hours (the cookie expires every 24 hours). The reason why ACARS works when you actually log in is because we send your login information to ACARS when you log in.
