We used at least 8 lines judges each day. The CIVA rules require that, when boundary judges are used, there must be a judge at all four corners and each judge must call the outs for two lines. A pilot is not judged out unless both judges calling a line call him out. Adjacent judges use radios on different frequencies to prevent one judge from biasing another.
