"Check the VPC Flight Lobby Link"

In the DCForums board, the Check VPC Flight lobby link is invalid. I am receiving a error box indicating that opener.lobby is not a valid object.
Did we lose some Java code? Or is that the ex-IRC lobby link?
Thanks

Hi Tom:

Stephen asked about this a few weeks ago. The short course if you must be entering the message board from a bookmark. The actual link is tied to the main VPC page, so unless you enter the message board from the main VPC page, you'll lose the link. This was done so we can keep track of when you're logged into the FlightRoom Lobby. Otherwise what'll happen is if you click the Flight Room Lobby link more than once, it'll open a new window and log you out.

Perhaps we should just lose that link from the message board page?

Ben

I went in through the main VPC page, but I had surfed through most of the message board before I tried the link. I was just going through links, etc, making sure things worked.
It may have lost something with all of the page transitions I had done before.

Well, please keep an eye on it. If it isn't reliable, we'll just delete the link or try something else.
