Notes:-

Plenty of parking at Big Bear (don't all hog the active :)

Decide on altitudes subject to weather and airspace etc. HELP Ben :)

After Take off form up so as to be in formation by POM Experiment with power/speed settings.

At FLW begin descent and adjust course to intercept r/w 29 ILS at least 5nm out. Subject to San Luis clearance.

Half the fun is in the planning!!! :)

Hope I have all your addresses OK, still not sure how to post this material to the forum.

Also hope you can make sense of it. :)

See you all Sat (Sun)

Andy.

Thanks for posting this, Robert!

Well, enroute altitude(s) as you know depend on your magnetic direction of flight, terrain, and airspace. Regarding airspace, since you guys know the controller personally, I wouldn't worry about airspace clearances. :)

Weather, of course, may be a factor, but we won't know what that is until the flight (however, if you login to the PWF at the same time of the proposed flight on any other day, you'll get a glimpse of what the weather will be like on the day of your flight). ;)

Hope this helps!

Please let us know what you come up with.
Ben

G,day Robert, Ben,

Many thanks Robert for posting for me, great as I got a failed delivery to Davids address, hopefully he will scan the Forum.
Thanks Ben, will try out the PWF and see what we are in for :)
I was thinking of 10500 or 12500 (just to give the LAX controllers something to do with half a dozen P38 intruding :)
See you at Big Bear,
Regards,
Andy.
