"request from Japanese TV"

Posted by keiko on 09-30-02 at 21:32z
My name is Keiko Tamura, writing from TopSpin Creative Corp., a Japanese TV production company based in New York City.
I am currently assisting NHK, JapanŽÕs public TV station with a prospective program on commemoration of Wright Brothers.

The producers are planning on interviewing people who make their own airplanes to attend an aviation event that will take place in July 2003 in Dayton, Ohio.
I came across the website, and thought it might help me with the search for aviators who are interested in participating in the NHK program.
Since the production is still in preliminary stage, I only have rough information on the program so as on the request from the producers. At this point, they are looking for a few people who could be part of the program.

Please let me know if you know anyone, or any places that I should contact regarding with my inquiry.

Thank you in advance for your time, looking forward to hearing from you.

Best,

Keiko Tamura

Hi Keiko -

Point your web browser to http://www.inscorp.com which is a bulletin board type site inhabited by builders of the MiniMax line of kit planes. Thse folks all built their own airplanes and are sharing the challenges of building and the thrills of flying them. Hopefully you can get someone in that population who might be interested in participating in your show.
