"dizziness"

I recently had my first aerobatics lesson, and I loved it, but I did feel dizzy during parts of it so I had to fly straight and level after a few of the maneuvers. I really loved and and want to pursue competition, but my question is, should I be worried or is it common for some to feel dizzy first starting out.-Steve

I don't think, unless there's something organic or pathological that might signal something else, you have to worry about dizziness after your first aerobatic lesson. I remember very feeling disoriented and maybe a little dizzy and people advised me to stick with it and it would go away - and it did. With practice, all of the maneuvers will seem to slow down for you.

Keep it up and don't give up yet.

Patty
