Need some help with this flight level stuff in FS2004 Tower says FL 3.000 but Alltimeter says about 1.500 or some things are the some list able to print out to sort the differents levels to Alltimeter

The way I read this post is that he is being told to climb to 3,000 by ATC and he is actualy at 1,500, hense, the 1,500 difference.

It may well be down to his understanding of spoken or written english? As we know all transmissions etc are in the english language, but, there again I maybe wrong <g>.
