Hi Guy's,

Any one help on setting up email accounts in Outlook for a pc that is ADSL Connected via AOL (YUCK) :-)

AOL has stated vai a phone conversation that they do not support Outlook etc in any shape or form!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To the best of my knowledge, you cannot access any AOL e-mail account using anything other than the official AOL client software produced by AOL. I've no idea how AOL's user e-mail accounts are configured and as far as I am aware AOL do not publish any details of how their e-mail systems work (the mail server addresses, the mail protocols, etc). This means you'll have to use AOL's software to read or send e-mails with an AOL e-mail account... and I think AOL might like it this way.

Thanks for that mate. Just as AOL state <S>, and they go on about Microsoft having a Monopoly!!!!!!!!!!!!!
